There are Web Designers and there are Master Certified Web Designers. Nowadays anyone with a book on HTML calls themself a Web Designer.

I, on the other hand, hold a Master Certified Internet Web Designer qualification. What this means is that I don't just know how to string a few lines of code together. I am officially recognised as professional web designer so you know you are only getting the best quality work done to the highest standards using the latest techniques and technologies.

Design is not just arranging pretty pictures to make your web site look good. It's also about considering your target audience. Who are they? What are their interests? Why should they use you?
